We are seeking a Foreman or leading hand with experience in commercial construction for a well known Tier 3 builder in Sydney CBD on a 3 month contract.

You'll be working on a educational project with particular focus on the restoration of the existing building. Previous experience essential!

This is an immediate start!

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of tradespeople, fostering a positive work environment and promoting safety practices.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and resolve any issues that arise.
• Monitor progress and performance, conducting regular inspections to maintain quality standards and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and equipment usage, providing reports to management as needed.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all team members are trained and compliant with industry standards.
