Role Overview:
As a Junior Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our construction projects. You will work closely with senior project managers, designers, and site teams to ensure that all aspects of the project are executed to the highest standards, on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management and coordination of site activities to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Support the senior site manager in overseeing day-to-day operations and managing sub-contractors.
• Ensure all safety and compliance standards are met on-site.
• Assist with the preparation and management of project schedules.
• Monitor progress on-site, identify potential issues, and assist in finding solutions.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project flow and resolve any site-related concerns.
• Assist in quality control to ensure high standards of workmanship are maintained.
• Help manage project budgets and track material deliveries and costs.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports and progress updates.

About You:

• A degree or qualification in Construction Management, Building, or a related field is highly desirable.
• A passion for commercial construction and an interest in high-end office fit-outs.
• Some prior experience in a construction site environment (internships or previous roles as a site assistant, site coordinator, or similar) is advantageous.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
