We are looking for an Site Manager to oversee the execution of  residential project based near Sandringham in Sydney.

This will be initially a 4 month contract but an opportunity for permanent employment is available depending on future projects.

The project will be the construction of 14 units to a high spec, proven experience in a similar project essential. 

Skills & Experience:

• A trade background in carpentry 
• Proven track record managing high-end residential construction projects.
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting detailed architectural and engineering plans.
• High attention to detail, particularly in finishing work.
