Management Accountant

Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor of Commerce and CA/ CPA (or studying towards)
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Ability to identify, research and resolve problems.
- Flexibility in responding to the overall needs of the business, the changes in the industry or the regulatory framework.
- Demonstrated achievement in facilitating growth and development of the business or its people.

Duties & Responsibilities: 
- Financial Accounting
- Budgeting and Forecasting (Profit & Loss and Cash Flow)
- Reporting Matrix: assist with the reporting cycle, including vetting of source data, accuracy of financial information and updating Departmental reporting templates.
- Overhead Variance Analysis: Oversee OH variance analysis and provide commentary on variances in the Department & CFO report.
- External Financial Assessment Management
- Financial Compliance
- Month End Close
- Capital Management
- Development Project accounting: ensure monthly project cost summaries are accurate and up to date, reflecting the historic activity of the development.
