Company Background
Our client is a reputable National Tier 2 Commercial Builder who have recently expanded their Mission Critical Business unit into Victoria and have secured Data Centre projects of a medium scale in the western corridor of Melbourne.

The business is now looking to appoint their first Building Services Manager in Victoria who has the ability to successfully deliver projects but also play a big role in driving their future growth across Victoria. Our client is looking for someone with strong leadership qualities who has the potential of playing a larger role for the business in the future.

The successful candidate will be joining a business with an excellent working culture and informal management structure. This appointment will be afforded great trust from senior management, and will be offered flexibility & autonomy in their role.

Required skillset

Minimum 3 years in a Building Services Manager role
Trade or tertiary qualified in Building Services Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical
Experience in the Tier 1 or 2 Commercial Building space is essential
Local experience to the Victorian market is strongly preferred
Experience in delivering Data Centre projects is a bonus but not essential
