• Multiple Project Coordinator / Engineers vacancies (Tier 1 & 2)
• $125 - 165K Package

Atlas Recruitment are forecasting a busy 2025 across Melbourne and are now actively recruiting several Project Coordinator / Engineer vacancies on behalf of our Tier 1 & 2 Commercial Building clients. 

Due to a surge in new projects across Data Centres, Health, Apartments & Mixed-use, we are fortunate to be able to discuss multiple opportunities with suitable candidates. 

Successful candidates will ideally come with 3+ years experience in a site based project coordination role and will have exposure to delivering projects north of $50M. 
 
Some key roles & project locations include:

• Inner Suburbs - Various $200M+ Apartments & Hotels
• Western Suburbs – Data Centres – New Build & Fit Out $200 – 500M
• Northern Suburbs - Tier 1 Data Centre projects $500 - 800M

Key Skillset/Experience Required: 

• Ensure compliance with H&S policies on site
• Managing of subcontractors
• Design Coordination
• Project planning & scheduling 
• Quality Management
• Project Procurement, cost/budget management.
• Exposure to coordinating packages such as structure, facade, fit out etc. 

About You

• Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• Exposure to $50M + projects values
• Ideally local experience with Tier 1, 2 or larger 3 Builders. 
• To have displayed good tenure & progression
