We are currently seeking Project Managers or Senior Project Managers for two of our clients, commercial builders specializing in fit-out and refurbishment projects. Due to an increased workload this year, they are looking to hire a Project Manager in a full-time capacity.
  
Candidates should have prior experience in commercial construction, with a focus on new build and/or fit-out projects.
  
In this role, the Project Manager will support an established team and oversee day-to-day project management activities. We are looking for proactive, motivated individuals who are committed to problem-solving. Whether this is a contract or full-time position, we are seeking someone who can integrate well with the team and is dedicated to ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  
The ideal candidate should have the following competencies:

• Experience with Procore (preferred)
• Proven ability managing projects valued between $2M and $10M
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in end-to-end project management
• Ability to manage both on-site and office-based responsibilities
