My client, a well-established fit-out contractor based in Sydney, is seeking a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager to join their team. Due to a growing workload this year, they are looking for experienced professionals to oversee projects ranging from $500k to $7m.
Candidates should have prior experience in commercial construction, with a strong preference for office fit-out projects.
In this role, the Site Manager will support the site-based team, working closely with a Senior Manager to assist with day-to-day site activities. We are looking for individuals who are proactive, driven, and capable of problem-solving.
Key competencies include:

• Proven experience managing commercial fit-out projects, preferably office fit-outs
• Ability to coordinate trades and subcontractors effectively
• Strong understanding of reading plans and project programming
• Experience with OHS inductions
• Familiarity with Procore (preferred)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Conducting pre-starts and toolbox talks
• Strong problem-solving abilities
