We have an immediate need for an experienced foreman or leading hand looking to make the step up. You will be working on a commercial refurb project in Sydney CBD. Previous structural experience is essential

Key Responsibilities

• Programming and coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and materials deliveries. 
• Management of the construction program along with the Project Manager
• Managing OHS compliance on site including site induction

To be successful

• Experience in Commercial Fit out/Refurbishment - commercial
• Good management skills with the ability to motivate and drive both direct and sub-contract labour
