ATLAS Recruitment is seeking a contract Site Supervisor for a Tier 1 builder for 6 months. In this role, you will oversee a section of a large-scale building project located in Sydney CBD, focusing on internal fit-out and finishes, as well as some external works.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in finishes and fit-out work, preferably on medium to large-scale building projects.
• A strong background in refurbishment within a commercial setting.
• Ability to manage and motivate trades in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred trade background and previous exposure to large building projects.
• Excellent communication skills across all stakeholder levels.
• Familiarity with QA standards and WHS regulations.

To be Successful:

• Prior experience as a foreman with a principal contractor.
• Strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated expertise in fit-out and finishes.
