Contract Administrator

ATLAS Recruitment are currently looking for/working with a leading Fitout Firm who have been around for over 10 years and are looking for an expereinced Contract Administrator to join their expanding team. This firm do a diverse range of fitouts up to $30m and have a strong pipeline of work across Melbourne. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and administer contracts from pre-construction to final completion.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project costs, variations, and progress claims.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
  • Assist with the procurement process and ensure contracts are executed in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and review project reports, budgets, and schedules.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator in the commercial Fit Out space.
  • Experience with Procore and Jobpac or Cheops
  • University Degree
