We are seeking a  Foreman for a 3-month contract on an class 2 high end residential project in Newcastle. This is an immediate start with the potential for a permanent position on completion of project 

The ideal candidate will have worked on the same projects as a leading hand or foreman.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise site operations, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Manage and lead a team of tradespeople and subcontractors.
• Oversee structural and concrete works.
• Conduct daily site inspections and resolve issues as they arise.
• Report on project progress to senior management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in industrial projects with structural and concrete expertise.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• White Card and relevant certifications.
• Ability to meet deadlines and solve on-site challenges.
