Fantastic opportunity for a Structural Engineering Manager to join an engineering consultancy seeking to expand their reach in Melbourne.

You will have the opportunity to work with 450+ staff based across 15 offices across major capital cities and regional centres, where they provide employment opportunities, encourage a diverse workforce and support community initiatives.

They are involved with everything from civil (land development & infrastructure), structural (commercial, residential and industrial projects), Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Town planning, Environmental Services & Surveying.

This is a strategic hire seeking to find either an up and coming associate level structural engineer with ambitions to become a regional manager or for a proven business leader who is looking for a change of environment for 2023.

You will be working alongside an established Civil Team and capitalising on their strong network of clients and contacts in VIC. Please note, there will be an element of business development involved for this role so the preferred candidate will be required to have a strong network of clients and industry peers in the local structural engineering sector.

Remuneration for this role ranges anywhere between $220,000 - $250,000  and can include additional benefits such as shares and/or profit share schemes amongst other incentives.
