Site Manager

ATLAS Recruitment are currently looking for a Site Manager to work for a Melbourne based commercial company who specalise in Commercial Fit Out.

Candidates are required to have a minimum 3 years relative experience and demonstrate a sound understanding of building principals and regulations. Trade qualifications highly desirable.
 
Key Responsibilities: 
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Site Manager will be tasked with managing single level office fit out, including demo, installation of services and then finishes.
 
To succeed in this role, you will have:
  • Minimum 3 years commercial supervisory experience
  • Prior experience in fit out projects is highly desirable
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and work towards strict deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Trade background highly desirable
  • Expereince with Hammertech or Procore
