Requirements:

• Full Victorian Driver License
• Minimum 3 years’ management experience in a logistics/warehouse environment
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, truck logistics, and dispatch processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, NetSuite, SAP, or similar business systems
• Knowledge of chain of responsibility and OHS&E in a warehouse setting
• Hands-on approach and ability to jump in/multitask where needed

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate all logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient dispatch
• Plan deliveries and pickups based on optimal efficiency, deadlines, and packing requirements
• Monitor transport rates for cost-effectiveness and service quality
• Oversee scheduling and loading of vehicles for next-day deliveries
• Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to prioritise orders and maintain DIFOT standards
• Maintain accurate records, including delivery dockets and proof of deliveries for audits
• Drive a strong safety culture with zero exceptions
