Client Services Manager

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 + company car

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support a diverse team of cleaning staff, overseeing rosters and ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients, addressing operational needs and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
  • Conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments, and incident investigations to ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
  • Oversee service delivery to achieve performance targets and KPIs.
  • Mentor and develop team members, supporting growth and succession planning.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and maintain quality standards.
About You:
  • Proven experience in cleaning operations and managing teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Current and valid Driver’s License, with the ability to obtain a NSW Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Competency in conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional service.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
