Internal Sales/Warehouse Assistant

Our client is a well-established National co that are growing rapidly.

As an Inside Sales Rep you will be a key customer contact at the branch located in Parkhurst, with responsibility for quoting, selling and fulfilling orders for our equipment and services to meet customer needs. It's a great job for a driven individual who is interested in building solid customer relationships. You'll learn plenty and build your ability to service customers and grow branch sales performance.

Responsibilities
  • Establish new hire and sales accounts by proactively responding to inbound customer calls and walk-ins
  • Process rental quotes, reservations and contracts
  • Keep the momentum going with follow-up calls
  • Generate leads for new business and communicate leads
  • Warm call on lost and/or dormant accounts to retain business
  • Maintain a clean and presentable office
  • Arrange equipment dispatch and return
  • Operate forklift to load and unload equipment
  • Clean and maintain equipment
Experience
  • Minimum 1 - 3 years’ experience in retail sales and customer service
  • LF Forklift Licence is desirable - training will be provided to obtain a licence
  • Exceptional relationship-building and customer service skills
  • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer literate and has experience using order entry systems

$60-70k+ super + bonus
