Due to expansion our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven State Sales Manager to join the team and drive growth.

Job Description: As the State Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the market presence and driving revenue growth. Leveraging your exceptional sales acumen and business development skills, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships, acquiring new customers, and maximizing sales opportunities across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and networking activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and end-users, to drive product adoption and loyalty.
  • Oversee the internal team Service Sales, Technical Sales & an Estimator to develop tailored solutions that address customer needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for business expansion and product enhancement.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to win new business and secure long-term partnerships.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales management and business development, preferably within the fire protection or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of fire safety regulations, codes, and standards is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned state or region as needed.
