Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within a related industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer literacy with exceptional data entry and typing skills.
  • Solid general office and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to be a strong team player.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Professional presentation and telephone manner.
  • Certificate II or III in Business Administration would be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the efficient, accurate, and timely completion of service call closures, working closely with service branches.
  • Drive the thorough review of service job cards, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and appropriate status.
  • Maintain organized and compliant files for incomplete service calls.
  • Deliver the preparation of completed service jobs for closing, batching, and return to branches for approval.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate creation of invoices, adhering to company procedures.
  • Support branches with timesheet processing.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Provide administrative assistance as required, including weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Proactively identify and take ownership of agreed development tasks.
  • Maintain regular communication with branch and head office personnel to foster strong working relationships.
