About the Role Reporting to the Parts Manager, you’ll play a vital role in providing parts support to customers and internal teams. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers by identifying and sourcing the parts they need.
• Managing parts orders, ensuring accurate processing and timely delivery.
• Maintaining stock levels by receiving, organising, and reconciling inventory.
• Supporting service and sales teams by fulfilling parts requisitions.
• Raising purchase orders and managing incoming deliveries.
• Contributing to accurate job costing and providing parts-related quotes.
• Collaborating with the Service department to ensure seamless operations.
• Building strong customer relationships and resolving queries with professionalism.

What we’re looking: 

• At least three years of experience in parts interpretation within mobile, access equipment, construction, or mining industries.
• Strong knowledge of parts and the ability to offer informed advice to customers.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and within a team.
• Strong computer literacy, including experience with inventory systems.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
