Business Development Manager

What you’ll be doing:
  • Meeting KPIs: Cold outreach and consistently securing a set number of client meetings every week to identify and advance business opportunities.
  • Revenue Goals: Drive and attain monthly and quarterly new business revenue targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Pipeline Management: Co-own and co-manage the new business pipeline with the sales team, maintaining a robust prospect flow.
  • Strategic Development: Formulate strategies to enhance revenue from both existing and new clients across diverse revenue streams.
  • Sales Process Alignment: Pinpoint and nurture sales opportunities, steering them through the sales pipeline to closure.
  • Budget Collaboration: Collaborate in setting financial targets and budgets, aligning them with anticipated business growth and market trends.
  • Event Presence: Represent the client at relevant industry events to enhance market presence and contribute to new business acquisition efforts.
  • New Business Onboarding: Be the point of contact for the first 90 days of a new business relationships and work with internal teams to onboard into the agency.
  
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Proficiency in a CRM software, with a preference for experience with Hubspot.
  • Fantastic communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Experience with managing the full sales cycle from prospecting, to closing the deal and handover.
  • A strong understanding of digital and offline marketing channels
