Key Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Full working rights and a valid driver's license are essential.
  • Strong HR generalist experience, with the ability to manage a wide range of HR responsibilities from process improvements to performance management.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • High level of interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and support managers at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive HR support to managers and employees, including process improvements, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Lead the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety (WHS) and other regulatory requirements.
  • Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance to managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Support succession planning and talent development across the organisation, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
  • Maintain HR records, manage HRIS, and ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
  • Offer guidance on organisational change, supporting managers through change management processes.
  • Contribute to health and safety strategies, promoting a safe and supportive work environment.
