About the role

Due to expansion my client is seeking a Newcastle Sales Rep to drive and promote their Earthmoving machinery products throughout the Newcastle Region. This is an autonomous role where you will be reporting into the National Sales Manager You'll work closely with a variety of clients in the Civil construction Industry, ensuring they have the knowledge and support needed to maximise the benefits of the product line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and selling Earthmoving Machinery Products including be responsible for driving sales activities across all of the Newcastle Region. 
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
• Build and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Provide technical expertise and application support
• Conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities

Key Skills & experience

• Experience in a similar on the road sales role within the Civil Construction Earthmoving Machinery space is ideal
• Strong business development sales exp meeting sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
• Self-motivated with Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently

Salary guide

• $90,000 - $100k+super+car - negotiable aligned with skills & exp plus uncapped commission structure
