Site Supervisor | Hunter Valley, Newcastle & Central Coast $120,000 - $130,000 + Super + Vehicle
An established insurance restoration and construction business is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage a diverse portfolio of repair, restoration and reconstruction projects across the Hunter Valley, Newcastle and Central Coast regions.

While insurance restoration experience is highly regarded, candidates from residential, commercial, remedial, fit-out, refurbishment or maintenance construction backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
The Opportunity Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, profitably and to a high standard of quality.
You will work closely with trades, subcontractors, clients, assessors and internal stakeholders, managing projects through all phases while maintaining exceptional customer service and communication.
Key Responsibilities - Manage residential and insurance building projects from initial assessment through to completion.
- Oversee major and complex loss repair and reconstruction works.
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, suppliers and project schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and validate project scopes.
- Prepare and maintain SWMS, site safety plans and project documentation.
- Lead site inductions, toolbox talks and project meetings.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely on time and within budget.
- Manage project risks, variations and site-related challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor quality, compliance and WHS requirements across all projects.
- Provide regular project updates and progress reporting.
About You - Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, Site Manager or similar.
- Trade qualification in Building & Construction preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project delivery.
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- White Card and current driver's licence.
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Insurance restoration or major loss experience is advantageous but not essential.
