Site Supervisor | Adelaide Hills | Up to $200k Package
Looking for the opportunity to take ownership of a project and run it as if it were your own?
We're recruiting on behalf of a privately owned property and construction group with a strong pipeline of South Australian developments. With a hands-on leadership team and a reputation for delivering commercial projects across the retail sector, they're seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead an upcoming project in the Adelaide Hills.
The Project - A new retail and medical development located in Meadows, approximately 40 minutes from Adelaide. - $10M commercial development
- 2,500m² supermarket and medical centre base build
- Single-storey construction
- Project commencing late 2026 / January 2027
- Approximately 12-month programme
The Role This is a genuine site leadership position where you'll be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the project.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the project from site establishment through to completion
- Coordinating trades and subcontractors
- Leading site safety and compliance
- Monitoring programme, quality and budget outcomes
- Working closely with consultants and project stakeholders
- Driving productivity and maintaining construction standards
You'll effectively be running the site, with the backing of an experienced ownership team and project support behind the scenes.
About You
To be successful, you'll likely have:
- Experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman or Site Manager
- Commercial construction experience
- Proven ability to deliver projects from start to finish
- Strong subcontractor management skills
- A proactive, hands-on leadership style
- Solid understanding of site safety, programme and quality management
While commercial experience is preferred, candidates from other construction backgrounds with the right attitude and capability are encouraged to apply.
