I'm currently partnering with a growing construction business seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team. With a strong pipeline of government, remedial, maintenance and construction projects, this role offers variety, autonomy and the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the business. The Role
Reporting into the leadership team, you'll be responsible for preparing tenders and pricing projects while proactively identifying new opportunities through tender platforms, industry relationships and existing networks.

Projects typically range from $200K–$500K, with larger projects up to $15M, providing exposure to both quick-turnaround tenders and more complex submissions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions
  • Review drawings, specifications and scopes of work
  • Source and negotiate subcontractor and supplier pricing
  • Identify opportunities through TenderLink, Australian Tenders and industry contacts
  • Manage incoming tender opportunities from consultants and existing clients
  • Support business growth through proactive market engagement
  • Contribute commercial input during tender and pre-construction phases
  • Build and maintain strong subcontractor, supplier and client relationships
About You
  • Previous experience as an Estimator within construction, remedial, maintenance, fit-out or refurbishment projects
  • Strong understanding of construction costs and tendering processes
  • Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and work to deadlines
  • Commercially minded with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Existing industry network highly regarded

Working Arrangements
  • Office-based role, five days per week
  • Standard hours approximately 8:00am–4:00pm
