A well-established insurance building contractor is growing and needs an experienced Project Manager to run a portfolio of residential and commercial insurance repairs. You'll manage jobs end-to-end, keep claims moving, and deliver quality outcomes for customers and insurer stakeholders.
The role

• Manage multiple insurance repair projects from scope sign-off through to completion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, assessors, suppliers and trades
• Control program, cost, variations, and progress claims
• Coordinate supervisors and subcontractors to hit timeframes and quality standards
• Ensure safety and compliance across sites
• Keep stakeholders updated with clear reporting and job documentation

What you'll bring

• Proven PM experience in insurance repairs, restoration, maintenance, or fast-turn construction
• Strong commercial skills: variations, budgets, subcontractor management, reporting
• Confident communicator who can handle customer conversations professionally
• Solid scheduling and problem-solving across multiple concurrent jobs
• Current driver's licence (local travel required)
