Revit Designer / Documenter Brisbane Industrial / Commercial Building Projects

We are working with a well-established Brisbane-based design and construct contractor with a strong pipeline of industrial and commercial building projects.
Their work includes warehouses, factories, cold storage, food processing facilities, commercial developments and related industrial buildings. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an experienced
Revit Designer / Documenter who can take quote plans and internal sketch designs through to full construction issue documentation.
This is not an architect role. It is suited to someone from an
architectural drafting, building design or Revit documentation background who is confident producing detailed, buildable drawing packages and coordinating external services consultants.
What you'll be doing: - Taking quote plans and internal concept / sketch designs through to detailed construction documentation
- Producing accurate Revit models and buildable construction drawings
- Coordinating external services consultants and integrating their design input into final documentation
- Working closely with internal engineering and project teams to develop coordinated drawing sets
- Resolving design and documentation issues during project development
- Supporting delivery across industrial and commercial building projects including warehouses, factories and cold storage facilities
What we're looking for: - Proven experience in a Revit documentation, drafting or building design role
- Strong background in architectural building documentation
- Experience across industrial, commercial or design and construct projects in Australia
- Ability to take a project from concept, quote plan or sketch design stage through to construction issue
- Strong coordination skills and experience working with consultants and internal stakeholders
- Revit capability is essential
- Australian project experience is essential
Highly regarded: - Experience documenting warehouses, factories, food processing facilities, cold storage or other industrial buildings
- Background in fast-paced D&C project environments
- Strong understanding of buildability and construction detailing
