We are working with a well-established design and construct business with a strong pipeline of industrial and commercial work across South East Queensland.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to bring on a Civil 3D Designer / Drafter who can support civil design requirements across a range of projects. This role will suit someone who enjoys variety and is open to working across both civil and structural drafting tasks as project demands shift.
The civil design workload will include areas such as stormwater, retaining walls, site works and related infrastructure. As the civil component may not always fill a full week, the role will also suit someone willing to assist with structural drafting and broader project documentation where needed.
What you'll be doing: - Producing Civil 3D models and drawings for project-related civil works
- Assisting with stormwater design, retaining walls and associated site infrastructure
- Supporting drafting and documentation across industrial and commercial building projects
- Coordinating drawings with internal teams, consultants and project stakeholders
- Assisting with design development and construction documentation
- Contributing across multiple project stages from concept through to delivery
What we're looking for: - Experience using Civil 3D in a design or drafting capacity
- Background in civil drafting for land development, infrastructure, stormwater or site works
- Willingness to assist with structural drafting and related project work
- Strong documentation and coordination skills
- Ability to work across a varied project workload
- Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
