Project Manager
We’re currently partnering with an established and growing commercial construction contractor with a strong reputation in the market, a healthy pipeline of secured work, and clear plans for continued growth. As part of this expansion, they’re looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of industrial construction projects.
This role would suit a hands-on Project Manager with a strong construction background who is confident running projects from inception through to completion and enjoys working in a collaborative, delivery-focused environment.
More than background alone, this opportunity is about leadership, accountability, and the ability to drive projects while building strong relationships internally and externally.
The role: - Managing industrial construction projects from pre-construction through to handover
- Overseeing programme, cost, quality, and safety outcomes across live sites
- Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
- Managing budgets, forecasting, variations, and project reporting
- Driving procurement and subcontractor engagement throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout delivery
About you: - Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry
- Strong background delivering industrial construction projects
- Ability to manage projects end-to-end, including commercial and programme responsibility
- Confident leading teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Building, or a related discipline preferred
