About the Role
This is a field-based sales role focused on building relationships and delivering value to clients in the civil and construction sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent and promote a range of hazard management hire equipment.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Develop and maintain a structured call plan.
  • Keep CRM systems accurate and up to date.
  • Provide tailored, solution-based advice to help clients manage on-site hazards.
  • Assist in the workshop and across other areas of the business as needed – everyone helps out.
  • Identify new opportunities to expand the product range and solve problems within the industry.
What We're Looking For:
  • Sales experience preferably in the construction industry.
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and basic Excel.
  • Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude – this role suits someone who’s hands-on and thrives in a team.
  • Willingness to get involved across all facets of the business.
Full product and sales training provided.
