Accounts Assistant Office Allrounder

Use your Accounts & Office Administration experience, where you'll play a vital role in both finance administration and day-to-day office operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You'll be working closely with the finance and executive teams, ensuring smooth processes and a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
Finance Administration
  • Process invoices and enter data using MYOB
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping and accounts tasks
  • Maintain supplier invoice records and payment schedules
  • Reconcile credit card and bank statements
Office Operations
  • Manage incoming mail, deliveries, and office correspondence
  • Handle general administrative duties: filing, scanning, document management
  • Monitor and restock office and kitchen supplies
  • Coordinate with service providers as needed
  • Keep the office tidy, well-organised, and fully operational
Team & Culture Support
  • Collaborate with all staff to support a positive team culture
  • Assist with internal compliance and office procedures
  • Provide general support to executive and administrative teams
Key Skills & Attributes
  • Proficiency in MYOB or similar accounting software (preferred)
  • Previous experience in office support or administration
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Positive, flexible, and can-do attitude
