We're a specialist remedial and refurbishment builder working on complex upgrades, façade restorations, heritage repairs and structural remedial works. With offices in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and Sydney - deliver high-quality outcomes across residential, commercial, and government sectors.
We are expanding and currently looking for a
Junior Contract Administrator to support our growing pipeline of projects across Southeast Queensland and NSW.
��️ The Role
As a Junior CA, you'll support our Project Managers and Site Managers with the full contract administration lifecycle:
- Manage project documentation, contracts, variations and RFIs
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure accurate pricing and compliance
- Assist with procurement and tendering
- Help prepare claims, progress reports and cost forecasts
- Track project timelines, budgets and reporting metrics
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues early
This is a hands-on role where you'll learn from seasoned professionals and gain exposure to a range of complex remedial projects.
✅ What We're Looking For
- 0-2 years' experience in a similar CA or site admin role
- Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar (or near completion)
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and an eagerness to learn
- A basic understanding of building contracts and project delivery
- Driver's licence - occasional site visits required
