  • Oversee safety compliance in line with legislation and company standards
  • Carry out risk assessments, audits, and run training programs
  • Manage incidents, investigations, and return-to-work processes
About You
  • Degree or formal qualifications in HR, WHS, or a related discipline
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and WHS requirements
  • Experienced in developing policies, managing risk, and supporting staff
  • Clear communicator with the confidence to engage at all levels
  • Proactive, people-focused, and safety-driven mindset
