About the Role
We are seeking a motivated
Site Supervisor to join a growing commercial construction team. This is a permanent, full-time position overseeing upcoming
new builds (up to $9m), as well as medium-rise and fit-out/refurbishment projects across Brisbane and surrounding regions.
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of trades, site safety, and program delivery. While your base will be in South Brisbane, you must be flexible to travel to project sites from the Gold Coast through to North Brisbane and Ipswich.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
- Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and trades on site
- Ensure compliance with WHS and QA requirements
- Coordinate site logistics, materials, and scheduling
- Report progress to Project Managers and Directors
- Attend client and consultant meetings as required
About You
- Current QBCC Supervisor Licence - Medium Rise or Open (essential)
- 3+ years' experience as a Site Supervisor within commercial construction, fit-out, or new builds
- Strong structural knowledge and ability to oversee new build projects up to $9m
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve issues quickly
- Flexible to travel between project sites (GC, Brisbane, Ipswich)
