Site Manager – Fit-Out & Refurbishment Projects

I’m recruiting for a leading fit-out and construction contractor delivering high-quality projects across retail, hospitality, workplace, and industrial sectors. With strong project wins secured, they’re now looking for a driven Site Manager to join the team.

About the Role

As Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of fit-out and refurbishment projects, ensuring they’re delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. You’ll lead subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel while driving program milestones and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage site operations from start to finish
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to meet deadlines
• Oversee safety, quality, compliance, and site records
• Liaise with Project Manager, consultants, and clients for smooth delivery
• Support defect management and handover processes
• Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

• Trade or tertiary qualification in Building & Construction
• 5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager, ideally with fit-out, refurb, retail, hospitality, or live environment projects
• Strong knowledge of construction programs and site coordination
• White Card essential
• Proficiency with Procore and 1Breadcrumb is a plus
