What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage and grow a territory from Sydney CBD to the Airport
- Conduct face-to-face visits with construction and civil clients
- Educate customers on hazard management solutions and hire products
- Maintain and update your weekly call plan and company CRM
- Be a problem-solver, identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions
- Support the team in the workshop when needed — no one’s above lending a hand
- Proactively look for new business and opportunities in untapped markets
What We’re Looking For:
- Limited Sales experience is ok — attitude and willingness to learn is what counts
- Comfortable using Outlook, Word, and Excel
- A team player with a strong work ethic and hands-on mentality
- A valid driver’s licence (you’ll be behind the wheel often)
