Customer Service / Internal Sales Coordinator to join their dynamic team based in Brisbane’s South-East.

What You’ll Be Doing: In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, you'll be the first point of contact for all sales and hire enquiries – in person, by phone, and online. You'll coordinate logistics, provide quotes, liaise with internal teams and customers, and help drive the success of the branch.
Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling customer enquiries regarding equipment hire, sales, off-hires, pricing, and quotations
- Providing accurate, competitive quotes and product recommendations
- Coordinating deliveries and pickups (internal and external transport)
- Maintaining day sheets and required documentation
- Entering contracts and updating daily branch KPI reports
- Liaising with drivers, yard hands, sales reps, and management
- Promoting the full range of company products and spotting cross-sell opportunities
- Greeting visitors and answering calls promptly with a friendly, professional approach
What You Bring to the Role: - Previous experience in internal sales or customer service coordination
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – in person and over the phone
- Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational skills with a strong eye for detail
- Experience liaising with a variety of stakeholders – sales teams, warehouse staff, and management
- Construction or hire industry experience is an advantage (but not essential)
- A proactive attitude and willingness to grow your product knowledge
