As
Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will manage site operations, collaborate with key stakeholders, and ensure that project standards are consistently upheld.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of project delivery, programming, contract management, and handover
- Liase closely with estimating team
- Oversee site operations and coordinate subcontractors and labour
- Ensure adherence to HSEQ requirements and internal standards
- Monitor project financials, timelines, and quality outcomes
- Resolve technical issues and liaise on architectural and engineering matters
- Conduct site meetings and report on project progress
- Support contract administration activities
About You:
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and client engagement capabilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- PMP or other relevant certification (highly regarded)
