My client, a leader in civil construction hire solutions, is seeking a driven Shoring Product Manager to support their sales team and customers with expert technical advice on shoring systems

This is new role due to internal promotion with scope for growth in a thriving national business

What You’ll Do:

• Support complex shoring projects with design input, including site visits
• Work closely with Sales, Engineers, and Yard teams
• Deliver technical support, training, and documentation to clients and staff
• Drive business development & maintain market and competitor insights
• Ensure safe, fit-for-purpose solutions for every project

What You Bring:

• Strong knowledge of shoring systems and civil site safety
• Customer-facing experience in a technical or hire-related role
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
