What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the first point of contact for customers — face-to-face, over the phone, and online
• Handle hire & sales enquiries, create quotations, manage orders and deliveries
• Coordinate transport logistics and support daily operations across the branch
• Build rapport with customers, drivers, warehouse staff and the sales team
• Learn and grow with on-the-job training in technical product knowledge
• Support your team with KPI reporting, contract entries and admin tasks
• Deliver a friendly, professional experience to everyone who walks through the door or calls the branch

What We’re Looking For

• Experience juggling multiple priorities in a busy, team-focused environment
• Strong communication skills — you know how to make people feel heard and supported
• A natural problem-solver who takes initiative and keeps things running smoothly
• Previous exposure to construction, hire, or trade environments is a plus (but not essential)
• Ability to stay cool under pressure and meet tight deadlines with a smile
• Confident using phones, computers and working with multiple systems
