Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop and manage detailed construction programs to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Team Leadership: Lead and support site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to achieve key project milestones
• Financial Management: Manage budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting to ensure optimal financial performance
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure clear alignment throughout the project
• Contract Administration: Handle head contracts and subcontractor agreements, including progress claims and variation management
• Safety & Compliance: Uphold and promote WHS standards and ensure compliance across all project activities
• Quality Assurance: Oversee quality management systems to deliver work that meets all specifications and standards
• Risk Management: Identify project risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Progress Reporting: Deliver regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Continuous Improvement: Drive best practices and seek efficiencies in project delivery

  Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams
• Advanced project planning and scheduling experience
• Excellent commercial acumen and understanding of contracts, cost control, and forecasting
• Proven experience delivering civil infrastructure projects such as roads, drainage, earthworks, and pavements
