About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Representative to manage and grow an existing client base across the Sutherland Shire and CBD territory. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being out on the road, problem-solving, and working as part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular sales visits to civil and construction companies
• Maintain and develop existing client relationships
• Execute a structured weekly call and business development plan
• Update the company CRM system daily
• Provide solution-based sales support to clients on-site
• Identify opportunities to expand product use and solve broader industry challenges
• Assist with general workshop tasks when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in on-the-road sales, ideally within construction or civil industries
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and basic Excel
• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to be a team player
• While product knowledge is not essential, a willingness to learn is vital – full training will be provided
