What You'll Do:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities specifically within the mining sector, focused on wear plate applications
• Build and strengthen relationships with mine operators, EPCs, OEMs, design consultants, and maintenance contractors
• Conduct onsite product trials and technical demonstrations to showcase the performance benefits of wear plate solutions
• Develop a deep technical understanding of wear plates, including their use in high-wear environments common to mining operations
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive business development and strategic networking
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of the best technical and commercial outcomes for clients
• Present technical solutions confidently to customers and internal stakeholders

What You Bring:

• Sales experience in mining, industrial, fabrication, or wear materials 
• Understanding of wear plate products and applications (highly desirable)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Intermediate computer proficiency and a current driver's licence
• A proactive, growth-oriented mindset
