Call Centre Manager

Requirements:
  • Previous experience leading a team in a customer service or service coordination setting
  • Industry knowledge in forklifts, access equipment, or heavy machinery highly regarded
  • Calm under pressure with strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other business systems
  • Able to work both collaboratively and autonomously to meet deadlines
Responsibilities:
  • Drive the performance of a busy call centre handling urgent breakdowns and customer enquiries
  • Coordinate job scheduling and technician allocation to ensure prompt service delivery
  • Foster strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact for service follow-up
  • Oversee warranty claims, invoicing, and service reporting in collaboration with the Service Manager
  • Mentor and develop your team to meet KPIs and continuously improve service delivery
  • Manage administrative processes with accuracy and efficiency
