The Role:
Working super closely to the Head of eCommerce & Digital and wider eCommerce & Marketing team, this role will execute Paid Social campaigns across all key channels, especially Meta, whilst managing Agency relationships across Search, SEO & Affiliates. 
You will support the team on driving new customer acquisition, conversion and engagement, drive online growth & deliver cutting edge, innovative campaigns, with an enormous, multi-million budget. 


Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Strong experience in Paid Media and Performance Marketing, ideally from an Agency-background
• Experience working across clients in the Fashion, Beauty, Retail & Consumer industries would be really highly regarded - either client-side or Agency-side
• Hands-on, in-platform experience with delivering Meta & TikTok campaigns, managing budgets 5-6 figure monthly Ad spends
• Wider exposure to Search, Affiliates, SEO & GEO would be super beneficial, but not essential 
• A solid track record in delivering increased ROI & ROAS, reporting on campaign performance & presenting insights and trends 
• Exposure to eCommerce & CRM metrics and the ability to work cross-functionally within a broader Digital & Marketing function
• Solid reporting and analytically focused experience, presenting key trends & data insights
