BLACKROC is proud to partner with a major enterprise organisation to recruit a
Senior Identity Specialist – Privileged Access Management (CyberArk) on a long-term contract. This is a hands-on senior role focused on the operation, enhancement, and integration of CyberArk Privileged Cloud within a large-scale, regulated digital environment.
Role Purpose You will act as a senior technical authority for Privileged Access Management, supporting critical identity infrastructure while mentoring engineers and contributing to the organisation’s identity operating model.
Key Responsibilities - Operate and engineer CyberArk Privileged Cloud solutions
- Lead PAM integrations with IGA and IAM platforms
- Act as an escalation point for complex incidents and technical issues
- Monitor system health, security, and performance
- Produce and maintain operational and technical documentation
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring within the identity team
Required Skills & Experience - 8+ years’ experience across PAM, IAM, and IGA domains
- Minimum 2 end-to-end CyberArk Privileged Cloud implementations
- Strong experience with CyberArk PAM modules
- Experience in regulated environments
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Mandatory Requirement - CyberArk Sentry Certification (non-negotiable)
