The Role – Pure Hunter

Own new-client acquisition using two rare advantages:

• A clean, 13-year proprietary prospect database
• Best-in-class sales intelligence & outreach automation tools

You’ll prospect, run discovery calls, pitch, close and hand over – then repeat.

Key Targets

• Consistently hit/exceed monthly & quarterly new-business revenue targets
• Build and maintain a healthy, predictable pipeline
• Average deal size and acquisition efficiency in the top quartile

You Need

• 3–5+ years proven agency/digital marketing new-business sales
• Track record of smashing realistic targets
• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Social, CRO, web
• Disciplined, data-driven, high-energy hunter
• Excellent communicator, consultative style, thick skin
• CRM native and tech-savvy

Pay & Benefits

• Base $100k + super
• Realistic OTE $140k uncapped (top performers earn significantly more)
