What you need to have done already:

• Shipped high-traffic backend services (Python, TS, Go, Rust — whatever you’re good at) that don’t fall over
• Designed and owned the whole AI stack end-to-end: LLM inference, RAG pipelines, eval systems, agent tooling, vector DBs, observability
• Taken LLM serving + tooling from zero to handling serious load yourself (not just demos)
• Profound, practical knowledge of RAG, agents, evals, prompting, tracing, the stuff that actually matters when things are live
• Prove you can move fast without breaking everything

Small team, considerable scope, proper funding. This is a genuine founding engineer position; you’ll own significant chunks of the core product.
