Project Coordinator

An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Program / Project Coordinator to support a large, complex transformation program. This role is ideal for someone with strong delivery coordination experience, exceptional communication skills and the ability to operate confidently across diverse technical and business stakeholder groups.

You’ll provide critical day-to-day coordination, governance support and administration across program activities, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment with program frameworks and controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily coordination and administrative support across the program, including communications, meetings, workshops and project registers.
  • Deliver financial analysis and support, ensuring alignment with program finance processes.
  • Coordinate monthly reporting cycles, governance activities and assurance requirements.
  • Support the management of risks, issues, decisions, changes and compliance with program delivery controls.
  • Lead and manage program information management processes and documentation.
  • Analyse and improve program administration functions to drive efficiency.
  • Prepare and communicate weekly internal updates.
  • Support Program and Project Managers with:
    • Stakeholder analysis
    • Communications and template development
    • Coordination of stakeholder workshops and meetings
    • Travel coordination
    • Vendor, technical and engineering staff coordination
    • Management of communication registers and logs
  • Manage program administration processes including HR support, onboarding, offboarding and approvals.
Skills & Experience Essential
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in program and/or project delivery (ideally in service transition or migration).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging senior ICT and business stakeholders.
  • Proven interpersonal, consultative, organisational and facilitation skills.
  • Experience coordinating geographically dispersed teams.
  • High attention to detail with strong accuracy in deliverables.
Desirable
  • Understanding of project management and delivery frameworks.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
This role will be offered as an initial 24 month contract
